Gastrawnomica’s Cheezy Grilled Sweet Potato
Serves 2
1 large sweet potato, sliced
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp sesame or coconut oil
Steam your sweet potato until soft but make sure they are not too cooked or they will break apart.
Mix slices with the rest of the ingredients and cook on both sides on medium heat, I used a cast iron grill pan. Serve with your favorite salad or with my quinoa tabbouleh, I just added garbanzo beans and it was the perfect combo!
